Pilguse Residency is based at the historic Pilguse Manor House, which dates back to 1558 and is set in a gorgeous and unique 90 hectares of land. We have an excellent kitchen! We like to work with more family sharing style cooking where we
mix in dishes that cover all dietary desires.
From 1 September to 1 May, the restaurant is open from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast

Lunch from 12:00 - 16:00 (picnic can be arranged)
Dinner from 18:00 - 22:00
During weekdays (Sunday-Wednesday) we serve food boxes which can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room.
