Pilguse Residency is based at the historic Pilguse Manor House, which dates back to 1558 and is set in a gorgeous and unique 90 hectares of land. We have an excellent kitchen! We like to work with more family-sharing style cooking where we mix dishes that cover all dietary desires.
Restaurant opening hours:
Winter season from the 1st of September until the 15th of May: Sunday - Wednesday: CLOSED* Thursday - Saturday: 08:30 - 22:00*
*During the winter season weekdays (Sunday to Wednesday) the food can be preordered and delivered to your room. *During the winter season the restaurant will be open from Thursday at 6 pm until Sunday breakfast at 11 am.
